This beautiful area may be common knowledge to most, but we found it by chance while scouting out a possible running route. It is a beautiful area for a run, but quite hilly!
To of the dam.
Below the dam, there is a large grassy area. There was a family enjoying the weather and we joined them for a game of soccer. There are also paved trails lining the river below the dam.
This dam may technically be in Haiki. If it isn't, it's right behind it. Just head for the hills!
