Tokyo to Fukuoka in 5 hours -- as fast as a speeding Bullet Train

The Shinkansen, or Bullet Train, is a fun and fast way to see the Japanese countryside. The Nozomi 700 series is the faster of the Shinkansen trains. They travel at 300 km/h (186 mph).
It's much like an airplane inside, but more spacious. This is a reserved car.
Do you see Fuji? There are thousands of picturesque pictures out there with the Shinkansen zooming by the majestic Fujisan. This is not one of them. It was very hazy so all we could make out was the snow capped top.... and that was only because we knew where to look.
Charge your phone on your trip.
There are two western style bathrooms on the left and a urinal and two sinks on the right. In case you were wondering.
